Supporting running in the metro Richmond area
This weeks Tuesday Nite Workout rotation finds us doing interval training! All that wish to build on their speed capabilities are welcomed out!
We meet at the St. Christopher's track to begin running at 5:30pm. To get there, take Maple Ave south off of Patterson Ave (at the Pizza Hut). Then take the 2nd right into the parking lot. walk up to the track.
It is very possible that we will run the fun but challenging telephone pole intervals down Grove Ave and back. Thus, if you get there after 5:30 we may be gone.
This week will likely find us more focused that usual due to the marked absence of Nigel. What with bragging about his phenom kids and stories about the Queen Mother, we usually cannot get in a good workout. So this workout promises to be memorable!

However, it is postopned to Tuesday, July 10 as many will be doing other things, i.e.: perpatory celebrations of July 4. Thus we'll take a down-day. The trail run next week starts at 5:30pm from Byrd Park in the gravel parking area between Dogwood Dell and the dog park. We go 6-8 miles. Hand-carried fluid is strongly suggested as it's so hot out.
