This week's Tuesday Nite Workout is planned to be a nite on the St. Christopher's track. We meet there at 5:30pm. To get there take Maple Ave south from Patterson Ave (at Pizza Hut) and make the 2nd right into the little parking lot. We meet at the track around the stadium.

Our "Plan A" is to stay for a track workout, with the following recommended agenda: 1200m/recovery/800m/recovery/400m/water and rest
400m/recovery/800m/recovery/1200m
cool down jog

Our "Plan B" will be a tempo run for 60-75 minutes.

We will determine whether to run Plan A or Plan B once we get there. If you'll be late and want to let me know your preference, please call my cell before 5pm.

ps: nigel advised that he will not be there, as he'll be receiving intravenous treatment with a Watney's solution (whatever that is)...

Watneys, well that brings back some memories, did you bring me some back???????????????? see you out there soon.

When I read Mark's post that you would be out I decided to not come out.  Instead I sat on the couch and ate Bon Bons with chocolate milk.  

Okay I kidd I really went to the gym and swam..then ate chocolate. How is you ankle? 

Yes, Nigel is back in the saddle.  But, ouch, he told me of your ankle!  Yikes!  When you do something, you do it big!  Glad you're swimming.  That'll allow you to eat those Bon-Bons...
