This week's Tuesday Nite Workout is Trail Nite!!! This run is for anyone that all of the following applies to: Can run 7-8 miles at a 10-minute or better pace; Wants to play in the woods; Tired of same-old same-old road running; Has a great personality; Can tolerate Nigel!!!
We meet Tuesday night in the Byrd Park gravel parking area between Dogwood Dell and the dog park. The run starts at 5:30PM. We'll be running some configuration of the James River trail syatem.
You don't need trail running shoes!!! The trails are well used and road shoes are fine.
You do need to carry fluid!!! There is only one water stop on the course. But yes, there are several port-a-potties.
