Supporting running in the metro Richmond area
It's time for a Tuesday Nite Trail Run for Mental Health and Wellbeing!!!
As always we will meet in the gravel parking area between Dogwood Dell and the dog park. The run begins at 5:32pm. We'll do the NorthBank Trail, cross Belle Isle, and run the buttermilk trail west back to the Boulevard bridge and to the cars.
The total distance is around 7-miles. There is one water fountain at about the 1/2 way point, so bring your own if you think you'll need more (really good idea).
This run is good for you if you can run a 9:30 or beter pace on the roads. But it'll be way more fun that running on asphalt!
