Supporting running in the metro Richmond area

This week's Tuesday Nite Workout will be a nite on the trails!!! As usual, we'll meet in the gravel parking area in Byrd Park (between Dogwood Dell and the dog park) to begin running at 5:30pm.

This run is for anyone that run 7-8 miles at a 9:30 to 10:00 per mile road pace and wants to get into the woods to run. There are usually 6-10 in the group.

Trail luminaries such as Michael George, Brian Kelleher, Nigel Bavin, Annie Stanley and Tim Craft are known to show up at this run! So come on out and rub elbows on the trails with these nationally ranked trail runners!

On this week's platter: My suggestion is that we run over the Boulevard Bridge, take Buttermilk Trail east to Reedy Creek, thru the tunnels to Forest Hill Park, run a clockwise loop thru FHP (without losing Nigel or Michael), back to Reedy Creek, then Buttermilk west to the bridge and back to Byrd Park.

Calling me is the best way to get thru to me with any questions.

See you out there,
