Tuesday Trail Tempo Run 6:15pm

This Tuesday's edition of TTTR will feature 20 minutes of hard running over and around the famed Mt. Buttermilk, multiple times.

We'll meet in the Northbank Trailhead gravel parking lot by the Nickel Bridge at 6:15pm and warm up down Buttermilk East to the top of the steep wooden ramp. From here we will start the tempo section of the run by running as many loops as 20 minutes will permit of a newly cut trail segment that includes a initial steep dirt pitch (Mt. Buttermilk).
