Tuesday Trail Tempo Run 6:15PM

After last Tuesday's successful (by successful I mean painful) multi loop tempo run we'll explore another similar figure 8 section with a multitude of topographical features, this time on Northbank around the Texas Beach area.

We'll meet at the Northbank/Nickel Bridge gravel lot at 6:15pm and warm up down Northbank to Texas Beach before previewing one lap of the course. Tempo run time will be 20 minutes.
