Ukrop's Monument Avenue 10K Booth - please help!

All-

A great way for us to "get the word out" about the Club and the great things we accomplish is through our booth at the Monument Avenue 10K Expo.  We attract new members, remind former members that we are still here and attract interest in our great races.

 

The Expo is at the Arthur Ashe Center (next to the Nut House, home of Nutsy the Flying Squirrel) and runs from 11AM to 9PM on Thursday and Friday.  We need help.  It doesn't take an army of people, but it requires a gaggle or so.  If we can get 2 to 4 people at the booth at all times, it would be great.


If you can help, please e-mail president@rrrc.org with your name, and the day and time you are available.  With over 2,400 members, it should not be too difficult to cover 20 hours of booth time.

 

it's a great opportunitty to help out the club - indoors!!

Bumping this to the top! Helping at the booth is a blast. You can take few minutes to get your packet and get your shopping & free stuff-grabbing done, then volunteer, since you're already at the expo!
