Wednesday Night Detention Run: 6pm Westmoreland/Grove. 5 mile and 8 mile options. Looks like it is going to be a GREAT night to run! Come on out and join in on the fun!!

Tuesday night report:

Shamrock Jess and Madison the wonder dog ran 3.5 miles. Nice night for a run. Hope to see everone out next week.

Detention Run Report: Great turnout tonight...rock, fast sarah, ned, i fred, glen, dimples, and jamie ran 5 miles and super rod, keith, brian, michael wolfgang, and jerzee sara ran 8 miles. hope I didn't forget anyone..i feel like I did. So great to have everyone back out running! It certainly was a wonderful night to run. Warm and dry...couldn't ask for anything better!

Mikey also ran 5. Great seeing Chalk this evening. Rosie get better quick. The only way I kept up was those in front kept missing turns.

The Tour De Fan on Saturday will running in the St. Benedictine 5K held at the school at 9:00. We are running in support of one of our own who is the Race Director, Terri. Good Luck to those running and see you there.

If the weather eases up a little I may be up for a short run and then head over to the 5k. I've been on the DL long enough. Time to test out the hip.
