Thursday rivah run report: Casper led Mike L., Julie and me on a 5.5 mile run. It's getting lighter, warmer, and the daffodils are sprouting. Good luck to Ned as he conquers the LA Marathon. Can he match Rock's PR? We are taking up donations to send Rock to LA so she can pace Ned.
There will be a long run sat @ 7 i will try to make 10, 12 ,and 16 mile options for those that want them. I'm having some technical difficulties so i hope to have the route up later. If not i will have a route in the morning.

Saturday West Creek ride
OK, it now looks as though most of the local weather services are saying the rain is going to stop midmorning and we'll have a dry afternoon. The ride is on for 1:30.
Obviously, if it's pouring, stay home.
Libbie loop...lots of smack this morning with Mark leading the pack until Angie kicked it at the end! Bert, Keith, Diallo, Elaine, Matt, and special late comer Lee. hope all the holton gang had a good time this morning...missed you!
Sat Long Run Report: Good turnout the week before Shamrock as Edwin, Keith, Thomas, Erin, Fast Sarah, and Rebecca breezed through 10 miles. While Chern, Brian, Jersey Sara, and Rod paced there way through 16. A good run with a few hills thrown in and thankfully no rain. Everyone looked strong as Shamrock is here!
Injured and recommitted, Sarge and Kato, did a great couple of miles together. No pull in the injured areas so I grabbed Hockey Boy, who had just finished 5 with Mad Max and EJ, to add a few more miles in before knocking off. Thanks for all the kind words this week everyone and we'll see everyone at the starting line at Shamrock!
BTW- there are familiar faces on p.37 of Runner's World! BPG is everywhere these days.
St. Benedictine 5K race report. It was a good and humid morning for a 5K race. Terri did a great job as R.D. with good sponsors and goodie bags. Thank you for putting on the race.
In attendance was I-Fred, Cindy, Terri, Dimples and Ironkid. The race times ranged from 25.50 to 28.00 minutes. The women take it again for improving their 5K times. Good job everyone.

Next up, Shamrock in week. See everyone there.
St. Bendictine 5k hardware update from Saturday's race: Dimples got 3rd in her age group in a time of 26.00. Second time this year. Congrats!
WC Ride Report
The Menace, iFred, and RR welcomed 2.0 on his debut ride with the group. We covered a little over 20 miles on an absolutely wonderful afternoon.
Off the banquet...
Sunday run at 7:30. We can decide the mileage in the morning. Please bring your on water. Hopefully it won't be as humid as the morning.

Don't forget to change your clocks. We lose an hour!
