I havent been following along with this lately, but I saw your COTU run pop up....a combination of two hobbies, yeah! I might try to make it out there, it would be nice to see you out of "class".  I hope you and your family are doing well.  If not tonight, then another Thursday.

Will try to make it for the thursday night run at COTU one of these days but don't get off from work till 6:00 down in Petersburg. FYI, was running the trails out at Poor Farm Park this weekend and spotted a couple of bald eagles.

Hey John,

My wife & are currently training for Shamrock.  I have a few other races in the Spring, so I will continue the long runs until the summer.  I will try to post details here so others can join.  I have a race this weekend so I won't be running in Ashland.

On another note, my wife and I were running yesterday on the trail on west side of the tracks in Ashland.  We saw a group of deer, and one was half white & half brown.  I've seen an all white one before, but never a mix like this.  Anyone else seen it???

so folks, what events are you training for this year?  I am hoping to double up on Marathons, Marine Corps, and Philadelphia.  Other than that, I am doing a few multisport events and some 5ks here and there.  I am not MTT but looking to run distances with some people.
