Hey Richmond Runners! lululemon girls meet every Thursday at 6pm at Palani Drive (401 Libbie Avenue Richmond, VA 23226). In the summer we are running about 3 miles since it's so hot, but mileage changes as the weather changes. Afterwards we hang out at Palani and get a drink or two. Come hang out and run with us. All paces are welcome :)

Thank you to everyone who came and ran with us last night! We had a great time. Can't wait for next week. We will be doing 3 miles again next week. I'll put up the route as it gets closer!
