HI All

My name is Carrie Parker and I am the RRRC Group Run Coordinator. I am TRYING to collect information on the local group runs and would like to know if you would consider having the Mechanicsville-Kroger run included. If so, could you kindly send me the following information. Group name, contact, contact's prefered info, street address of start location, day/time of run, kind of run (speed, distance, etc) and info you think is important, pace, etc. I would greatly appreciate your response. Just got back from PA but I am going to try to make it to the run tomorrow morning. If I can't, I'll see everyone on Wednesday.

I actually saw that - it's the same picture as on Jesse Peter's site a few months ago.

Keith was running strong last Wednesday.

David - there have been a few of us meeting (post Richmond) at Kroger at about 5:45. We've been running 5.5 - 7 miles at a little under 8 min mile pace.

I'll be at the Christmas Eve run tomorrow. It starts at 8AM. It's a tradition for me.

Yes, some have been running the past few Wednesdays. Usually starting at 5:45 from Krogers. I know Myron and I are meeting at UR X-mas Eve...hope you can make it.

It's been a while since our last communication. Is this group still active? Anyone planning to do the Christmas Eve run from U of R tomorrow?

This past Thursday we ran from Kroger at 5:45, but Thursdays have been spotty.

We've been running Wednesdays from Kroger (that's been spotty too though :) ).

Pam - what kind of pace were you looking for. Typically on our mid week runs (Wednesdays), we're running 6-8 miles at 7:45 - 8:20 min/miles depending on how hot and humid it is.

9/22...sorry about that. I'll plan on being there then. Where do you usually run on Thursdays?
