I just started back with this group, and everyone is quite fabulous! As far as I'm aware, there are a few other women that join in on the various workouts.

I think that I just emailed you. And yes, our program is hill repeats (builds quad strength) and track intervals (builds leg turnover, form, economy and turns the quad strength into speed). This will make a notable difference in your running if all you've been doing is tempo runs. The group is really friendly and all are welcomed. Try it if you dare... :)

Hello there! I have been running on and off for about a year now and I am ready to make it a life change. I just ran my second 10k but I really need to improve my time. I was wondering if this group will help accomplish that and if it is "women" friendly. Hope to hear from someone soon!
