Hi Elaine - you are welcome anytime. We are an informal group and no reservations required. We look forward to running with you.

Hi - I'm in the process of moivng back to the Richmond area after living in the midwest for the last couple of years.  I'm a slower (and older) runner looking to pick up my speed a little bit.  Can I just show up on a Tuesday night once I am back and settled in?

Hi Nick, yes we are an informal group and it doesn't cost anything to run with us. We are not members of the fitness center but we meet at their front door. We would love to have you run with us anytime. We meet at 6pm every Tuesday in front of Midlothian Athletic Club.

Hi everyone. My wife and I just moved to the Midlo Turnpike area and Ive been trying to find a group to train with for a few years now. Is this group an informal group unassociated with the fitness center? Is there a cost? I'm a pretty competitive runner with consistent 5K times in the upper 18/low 19 range.

You are welcomed to come out and run with us and see if you like it. You never know until you try. WE welcome all runners regardless of ability.

Hi I was wondering if you are a beginner looking to just speed up a bit for a 5K pace if you can participate in this group? I am new to running and just ran my first 5K this morning. I hate running alone so I was wanting to join a group. Is this OK, or do you need to be a bit more advanced/capable to join?

This group's size ranges from 1 to 15 with an average of 6. Their is a wide range of abilities depending on who shows up. You are welcomed to join us to see if you like the speed work.

What is the size/range of abilities for this group? I would like to incorporate speed work into my workouts, but have never focused on that before.

No worries. You will always be welcomed.

I am so upset I had to miss tonight:( I was looking forward to it all day! I had an appointment that ran late, so I guess I will be stuck going to the gym tonight. Looks like I will not be able to join the group until December 21st.
