Mid 60s and dry expected this evening. What a great evening for a run. Start with the usual warm-up, stretching, and striders followed by 6 times 800m at 10K race pace with 90 second recoveries. Finish with striders, a good cool-down, and stretching. Have a good one!
THanks, Jay. Doug, Julio, Javier, Marvin, Julie, Dan, Tom, Charlie and I ran amongst the millions of inch worms dangling from the tree limbs in the park. I have never seen so many inch worms! We were covered from head to toe by the end of the workout. Congratulations to Doug who won his age group at Monument Ave 10k, to Julio who had a PR, to Dan who ran well, and to Julie and Tom who wore costumes and entertained the crowd.
