9:30 to 10:30. Depending on how I'm feeling and what type of run we are doing. I've done faster times but that usually at a race. I'm flexible but don't know how much faster I can get.

That sounds like a cool idea. You should come out Saturday mornings at 8 AM at the AFC. There is a rather large group that runs there with many different paces to pitch your idea!

Is there any interest on having informal neighborhood teams? Summer Lake will have a 5k in September (to raise money for childhood cancer). That got me thinking that if 3-5 (as a minimum) from a neighborhood ran, then they could compete for fastest neighborhood. Perhaps other neighborhoods could designate a race and then there would be a circuit.

Near as i can tell you say something like, "i plan on running 70 miles on Saturday. I run 4:00-4:15 miles. Anyone interested in running with me?"
So far I think the most active group is one that meets at the fitness center (and pays $30 for the privledge).
