Museum of Fine Arts (MFA) Tempo Run, Thursday @ 5:30PM.  This group has been
going strong for over 30-years!  Varied and interesting routes
north, south, east and west from the MFA.  Mostly roads;
sometimes trails.  The run starts and finishes on Sheppard
Street, between the MFA parking structure and Benedictine High School. 
Pace range: 7:00 to 9:45 minute miles.  The group of 10-20 runners go
3-miles to a water stop.  Some then turn back, while others go on for
 another 4-5 miles.  Friendly group of competitors of varied ages.
