I am sorry to hear that but at least you know what to do now. I am so unmotivated because I don't have a regular running partner! I've just been showing up and running with whomever is running my pace! I still haven't even signed up for the race!
I am sorry you are still dealing with that! You should see Teresa Stadler- she's the sports medicine doctor that spoke before we ran several weeks ago. I like her alot. Her number is 270-7750. Let me know what you decide to do.
How are your heels? Have you seen anyone about it yet? I had to run 16 by myself last Thurday because I went to Wintergreen on the weekend.

I'm sorry your heels are still bugging you! I hope you can run tomorrow but I'd rather you recover than push it more than you should. You need to do what you feel is right to recover.
Hi! I got my dates wrong- I am not going to Wintergreen this weekend so I will be at the run on Saturday. I am going to Wintergreen Jan. 20-22. How are your heels doing? My hip has been feeling fine- I even did a track workout this morning!
