Amanda, if it is not too much to ask, please join our tiny group? Please? That way whenever we send a notice out you will get it too even if you are busy, AND I KNOW YOU ARE!! But at least it will get out there.

Would anyone care to meet on Saturday morning around 7:15 or 7:30am at Burkwood Racquet Club parking lot in Mechanicsville (off 301 and Studley Road) and go for a 3-mile run or so? We are going to be in a nice neighborhood so if you want to stop and walk you can anytime. It is super safe there.

I have a class to teach at 9am so I have to be back at the gym by 8:45am or so.

You all, let me know how this sounds! I would like to get us all together before it gets ANY HOTTER!!! And 7:15am is perfect for that.
