Andrew, It was good seeing you last week at the Carytown 10K. Will you be running the marathon again this year? I was very fortunate that I had a great day. I've run Richmond twice

before and both times crashed and burned at a certain point and finished

around 4:20+.  This time I took it slower at the beginning with the hope

of having the strength to go from 20-26.2 at a decent pace, which I did

and I set a PR too. I thought that Richmond was harder than the Shamrock, maybe because I'm so familiar with the Richmond course and it has more hills.
