Ran 20 mile long run on Sunday. Felt good. Almost ready for the big race.
Ran 18 on Sunday after running the Monument Ave 10K. I was wiped out. This was probably the hardest week. Only 6 weeks left until the marathon.
Ran the Instant Classic Trail Race Half Marathon this weekend. I had a great time and the race was will supported. I will definitely keep this one on my calendar.
Ran 7 miles on the Heritage Rail Trail in York, PA. It was a little slushy with the melting snow, but a great run.
Ran 6 in the balmy 70 weather that we had today. It was almost too hot.
I went out and ran the Powhatan Christmas Tree Trail Run 10K. I was sore at the start but enjoyed running a new trail. Not as challenging as Bear Creek Lake but it still had some hills that you would probably give "names"..........
Hi Bill, it was good to see you. You looked nice and fit. Bear Creek is my favorite race, I look forward to it every year. Just ran New York , took my daughter with me. was a great time. Thank you so much for keeping in touch. Diego
