I'm not sure how fast you are, but we keep it pretty casual - 9-10 min pace and go about 4-5 miles. We start at 6:45 b/c I am alway running late. Work holds me up

Both races are timed. Proceeds will be split 50/50 between the American Cancer Society and the Caroline County Health Alliance. The festivities start at 7:30AM on May 2nd, on the Courthouse Lawn in Bowling Green. There will be a band, as well as prizes.
