Once upon a time I ran on the Thomas Dale HS Track Team in 1975 and with 426th Signal Battalion, Fort Bragg, NC 1978 - 1979.
Today I run with the LORD Jesus Christ and run the isles at Church. I have never jumped over a pew but I have rolled on the floor and danced at the altar.

I need a place to run, preferably a trail I can run barefoot on.
