Good race today David. Thanks for the push at the beginning. That helped get me out at a good pace. Tim came in under 2 hours and Lisa was just over (2:04 or so). Really impressive considering she was injured. I think our group had a pretty impressive showing. Thanks for the push in training and at the beginning today, it really helped.

David, that's right. Friday's group is more informal with limited SAG support, but coaches will be there. Saturday will look more like our normal group, but with a few less runners. Both groups will be going the same route.
