Richmond Firefighters Beat the Heat 5K at Byrd Park near the Carillon

This race will be held at Robious Landing Park behind James River High School. The course is flat and virtually all trails. The Park is located just minutes off of Rt. 288 on Rt 711(Robious Rd.). The First
It's funny how the body remembers before the mind. Running this past week and feeling the gravel beneath my feat and the wind in my face was definitely a euphoric feeling that brought back memories of 6 years ago back, when I ran consistently and competitively.
