CrossOver Healthcare Ministry is the largest free clinic in the state of Virginia, providing health care services to the unisured in the greater Richmond area.This year the funds raised will go to directly benefit the CrossOver Community Pharmacy. The James River Scramble is not your normal 10k! Run over a unique course bringing together some of Richmond's greatest riverfront attributes, including Brown's Island, the Canal Walk, James River Park, Belle Isle and the Floodwall. This is not a race for walkers!

Join us for a jogging holiday light tour of downtown Richmond. We will meet at Savor Cafe, just across the Manchester Bridge and run over to the James Center to view the lights. From there we will head up to the Capitol and Governor's Mansion. We will go west to Monroe Park stopping along the way to view the sites.
