Toys for Tots 5K Presented by the HCA Va at "Shoppes at Innsbrook"

December 13, 2009 from 12pm to 2pm
This is the 25th annual running of this race. Each year RRRC collects toys for children. Bring a toy valued at $10 OR pay a race fee of $10. You can walk or run. You just have to come to have fun! Hello Ed. I just requested to add you as a friend b/c I'm directing a great local trail 10K in December and wanted to send you the information in the hopes that you might run it and share the race web site with your running groups and colleages. Team and individual awards will be given. If you don't mind accepting my request to be your friend, thanks. The course is great...a fast 100 meter track start and finish, with the rest being a fun mixture of flat packed dirt and more challenging grassy rolling hills. Thanks again.

Hi Ed, does everyone who finishes the Capital 10M Run get a medal? I see where it says that every kid who finishes the 1M run gets a medal, but I don't see that same comment for the 10M Run finishers. Just curious. Thanks.
