My ankle is very soar but was able to tape this am and run 7 miles today…Iced it down and watched some great basketball games. I developed two blood blisters in my left foot yesterday(under toenails) and had to take a hot needle to them last night to relieve intense pressure…So far its only been two..Training over the summer typically means 6-8 of my toenails will go bye-bye from my feet. Yes, Fred Gerloff is my “cuz”!! Enjoyed running with you and have a great week of healing family’s… Rock on and Run on…
