It sounds like we are in for a chilly run on Saturday - so much for wishing for warm weather. They are calling for a chance of snow flurries! I didn't know you were a Midwesterner. I grew up in the Chicago suburbs and went to school in Wisconsin.

Yes, I had a great Thanksgiving after the Turkey Trot. I'll see you on Saturday for the first marathon training team run and Ed's party. It should be a fun-filled/run-filled day!

Glen,
We are running 12 -14 miles on Sunday probably at a 8:30 to 9:00 pace. I saw you posted on the BPG group page. They run a little slower. You might check out the Sports Backers Training team www.marathontraining.com They have all paces and meet on Saturday or Sunday. They are up around 12 miles for the beginners and 14 for the intermediate runners
