Summer Half Marathon Training Group

The group will meet at 7am and will be running Long, Slow Distance workouts on Saturday mornings from the John Rolfe YMCA (actually in front of the ABC store).  The run distances will be structured to prepare the group for a late summer half-marathon (such as Patrick Henry or Rock and Roll).  This group is open to both novice and experienced runners.  You do not need to have completed a previous half marathon to participate, but you do need to currently be able to run at least 4 miles and…See More
