Yes, we our Tuesday 5:32pm group does hill repeats (from MCV), speedwork (St. Christopher's) and trails (from next to Dogwood Dell) on consecutive weeks. Send me your email address and I'll add you to the email distribution for the weekly reminder that I send out every Monday (sometimes early Tuesday). We also do tempo runs on Thurdsay @ 5:32pm from Sheppard Street behind the Museum of Fine Arts' parking structure. Call me if you care to...
