saw your ad. sorry you're stuck with shoes that are too controlling. if you can't find any takers, don't be afraid to operate on your shoes. how so? take a drill and bore in a series of holes in the denser medial post, stagger them and that should ease up the excess control. hey, what do you have to lose? in the old days, that is what we used to do. for shoes that were too stiff, we took a hacksaw to the outsole. good luck.

At 9:51pm on August 21, 2009, Hamme said…: I run with a group in Brandermill every Wednesdy morning at 5:45. Saturday and Sunday I run in town with the MTT and the BPG. I do Woodlake on Tuesdays and Thursdays, but not as regular. What pace do you like to run?
Some people are meeting every Wednesday morning at 5:30 behind the AFC for six miles. This is a slower run with a pace of about 9:30.
We should meet up on a Thursday morning for a loop, but need to start before 6:00.
