The 10k course takes you along the beautiful Virginia Beach Oceanfront. This fast and flat course begins along Atlantic Avenue which parallels to Atlantic Ocean. Participants will run along Atlantic Avenue, the boardwalk, down to the Rudee Inlet and back up to the boardwalk to finish at 18th street along the ocean.

On October 6, 2012 Hanover Safe Place will host its 14th Annual Pumpkin Run, a race to end domestic and sexual violence. Held at the Ashland Berry Farm, in Beaverdam, the Pumpkin Run is a 5k trail run through the pumpkin patches.
