You are wonderful always! Wishing you all the blessings this weekend and each day!
I am so with you on the solo runs. I agree for the convenience of a not predicatable schedule and also the serenity of the solitude, I love it as well and understand what you mean. More of a free spirit kind of thing. I love your great Brightroom photos! You ran super fantastic! There is a photo of you with the son of my good friend. He's wearing yellow Millwood School shirt and the star of their track team who loves running and he is next to you in a picture!
I might do the Carytown/Scramble double, but not to race. This year I really feel so much time/life passing by way too fast. I want to on purpose slow down even in a race and truly just enjoy and savor the moments--stop and smell the roses mood I'm in.
Jay, hope to see you soon. You are always tops and stellar in all you are and do!
You are most wonderful, amazing, truly marvelous runner and person with great wisdom, knowledge, beautiful heart and soul, kindness, and perspective. It is an honor and joy to know you. Wishing you the very best and blessings each and every day. You deserve it. This world is a better place because of you!

Hello! Hope you are having a day as wonderful as you and you are fantastic!! You did Great in the run on Saturday!! I was talking with someone and saw you and was going to say hello after that but then didn't see you. I was kind of in a blur that morning--my father just had a heart attack in NYC and I left immediately upon finishing to be up there with him.
Hope to catch you at the next run--you are truly outstanding in your kindness and also your great knowledge--Jay, you make this world a better place--you are awesome!
