Hope you all had fun at the Disney World races.  Wished you had brought back warmer weather with you:)   I'm volunteering at Frostbite race on Sunday.  I signed up to work Water Stop #1, but not sure if I'll be there or elsewhere.  I was going to run race, but I've been a big lazy couch potato since Toys for Tots race and didn't have my mileage up.  But, I'm getting back on the wagon since I'm planning to run the GW Parkway 10 Mile race at the end of April.  Looking forward to seeing you both soon and catching up!

A HUGE thank you to Jeff for coming to find me and run me in for Careytown!!! I was fading really fast by the time he got to me, but he helped me to finish strong.  Now, I owe you both tall frosty beverages:)  I'm working the finish line for the Autism 5K and Stratford Hills 10K.  Hopefully, I'll see you all soon!  You all are  what makes the running community so wonderful.  Thanks.

Great seeing you all last Sat at the 10 miler! I didn't realize that Dawn was cheering me on at the finish line and she was the one to high 5 me till I saw the Finish Line video. I was very oxygen deprived at that point and the brain was pretty fuzzy:) So, belated thanks for the support!! I didn't see Jeff after the race, so I hope he had a good run:) I hope you all are doing well!!

HUGE Thank you for letting me attempt to run with you at today's race:) You still got some giddy-up and go in those legs:) I couldn't have made a PR without you today. Official time was 31:59, my best ever in a 5K and 2:40 better than last year. Owe you a really cold, frosty beverage:) Also, tell Jeff many thanks for the encouragement at the turnaround. Have a great weekend and hopefully see you at the Moonlight 4 miler in a few weeks!

It was great seeing you and Dawn today at the race. There is a great picture of you at Mile 1 looking like a speed demon on the bike:) Also, tell Dawn that next time she's the primary at the finish line:) I can't take the stress of dealing with "The Results" guy, again:) Hope to see you soon:)

Great talking to you and Dawn at the tri race on Sunday. The "Go Chevy Go" shirts must have worked because she took 1st place in her division. Think you need to set up a booth at all the races and sell those types of shirts to the spectators:)
