Hey Jen, you should start cycling with us. It's a great way to cross train and it would be nice to have another female BPGer representing! Once we get back from this Gran Fondo, training will not be as intense. It would be a great time to come along. If you don't have a bike, I have a back up bike that I use when my newer bike is in the shop. Just let me know, I could bring it out for you to ride until you get one. Rambo

It was my pleasure. I hope the photos are helpful. The trainer saw the photo of your knee but wasn't sure which one you may need. She said it may be your technique. Pull the tape a little more. It is very stretchy.
I am glad your aunt is in remission. It is a horrible disease. My sister was diagnosed 2 years ago and you could tell if you didn't know her but her condition is progressing and she recently had to upgrade her medicines. She is only 43 and very active, a least she was. MS has definitely effected her activity level.
