2011 USA Masters 8 km National Championship-Williamsburg May 21st
Fellow RRRC old guys and gals,
Just found out from a fellow runner/work colleague that the upcoming 8K in Williamsburg will also be the USA Track and Field Masters National Championship. See the following link: (http://www.runforachievabledream.com/USATF-championships).
There will be prize money for the top 3 Masters, the top 5 age-graded times and the top runner in each of the 40+ age…

I'm sorry to hear about your stress fracture Jim. Make sure you give it time to heal. I came back from one too soon and was back out for 6 weeks soon after.
