Jim,
You are amazing how fast you did that and three times around instead of two! I'm so sorry that happened because you were as always strong, swift, and so far ahead! If you are doing the cul-de-sac this evening, I will look for you!!
You are genuinely fantastic and wonderful person, Jim!

Jim,
You are the one who looks
GREAT!!! Your muscles are awesome! And your running is truly phenomenal!!
I have to agree with you, I love the resistance training even better. Lately, I am hardly doing much running and more of the body pump classes at American Family. I love it with the great music, and you feel strong and it helps to tone up!! You are fantastic times a million, Jim!! See you very soon on an upcoming run. I am cheering for you! You will do magnificent!

Jim, I hope this doesn't embarrass you, and I should have asked for your permission first, but I named you as the example of this post I put up about upper body muscles. I was reading a book by Alberto Salazar that elite runners often sacrifice weightlifting upper body and arm strength to stay thinner to run faster, but you are pure and clear muscular, and you run like the wind!! I think it is better to have upper body strength as arms are used to help move forward and also to look toned, but I apologize for singling you out as the example in this. I hope it doesn't embarrass you. You do outstanding! Best always to you and your lovely family and good luck in your upcoming runs!!
