Joe, Hello and wishing you super weekend! Are you doing this Tues. night's trail run meeting at 5:30 at parking lot between Bell Tower and bark park by Nickel Bridge near Byrd Park? I am hoping to be there! I love the Buttermilk which I think they are going to do!

It was great and true joy to see you and Megan on the trails!

It was a beautiful morning.

I needed to be out there. I had a heartbreaking month and was talking to my running church friend who was kind enough to give me serenity about death, heaven, faith, and hope which I needed to hear in addition to being immersed in the serenity and comfort of nature.

Take care and you are doing super fantastic in your running!
