Spring Marathon Training Group at "Dogwood Dell @ Byrd Park"

This program is designed for experienced marathoners looking to run a spring 2010 marathon. Hey Karla, It was good seeing you last week at the Carytown Race! I just signed up for the Marathon training team again and I am looking for a group to run with now, but I can't find anything that is currently up and "running". I did see the Byrd park group plans to run today at 7:00, but I overslept that one and I am not sure how far they actually run. Take care! Eric
