Kate, I started running (Sat @ 7 am! We did 6 miles) with the Bryan park group (Soccer Parking Lot) and I had a lot of fun. Hope to see you there. Not far at all for you and yu can run to it.
I think the 7 am group is a better bet than the 6:30 ones for a 10-12 mile option, but I will try to find out what they are doing this weekend. it might be good to come early though b/c of the race at the park tomorrow.
Yes, I do still run with the BPG. . . although, currently, I haven't been able to make their Saturday morning runs due to helping with a Patrick Henry half-marathon training team, which is in a couple of weeks. . . so, I will soon be running with them again. You should definitely check out the group. It is all different paces and lots of people training for half and full marathons and others just run for fun. Hope to see and talk to you soon!
Good to see you on here! I just happened upon your profile! How's your running been going? We moved to Church Hill about 2 months ago, but maybe we can still run together soon.
