Don't kill me - I'm going to wimp out on tomorrow too. Getting ready for daughter's 6th birthday party - still too much to do. I will be there soon - really. Keep the faith.
Kristin,
Thanks so much for keeping me in mind. I have been following the discussion thread and have pretty much mentally committed myself to joining you guys. I think I whimped last week thanks to this never ending rain. I may 'man up' and join you folks this week regardless of weather. A little scared of my 'conditioning' though - haven't really done squat since Patrick Henry. Gotta start somewhere, I suppose. I look forward to catching up with you and the group.

Kristin -- I saw your Marathon time -- awesome! You must be really happy to not only finish, but to have such a great time! Congratulations!
I've been thinking about joining the Spring Marathon training team on here to train for the Shamrock, but I don't know whether I really want to commit to a full marathon. What do you think? Which one did you like better -- the Full or the Half? Are you glad to have at least one Marathon under your belt? Are you planning to run any more?
Good luck Kristin - I know you've had this goal in mind for a while and have been working hard towards it. Maybe see you in the Spring? I'm now a junkie for training groups, so will likely join Monument 10K as an intermediate and pick up from there for next year. Tim
