Supporting running in the metro Richmond area
Yep, good old Richmond sidewalks. I just need to treat them as a if I am running trails. Nothing like catching a toe and going down on aggregate. Stitches in one knee and elbow and both palms skinned up. My knee still hurst like hell, I guess i will be running again soon. I hope by Saturday at least. Thanks for the concern

Thanks Rosie for the comments. I am indeed on the sofa and have been for most of the day other than a trip to Walmart. The BRR 50 was tough, but I guess I was tougher. LOL
I would love to though my hubby does not get home until 7 or later. I would love to join sometime though!
