Hello beautiful friend! Happy February!

Lisa, thinking of you and hope your hip is healing. You are wonderful and deserving of wonderful. Lisa, I am going to be in your area on Saturday morning, Feb. 12th for the competition at Deep Run like last time. I am not sure yet when it will start, but I imagine early like last time. If you are with your group, I might see you there! Here is my cell 366-8270. If you don't mind to share yours, I can call you what time I am there and maybe we can walk/run together. It will be great to see you if your schedule permits and if you are out in that area that morning! Many hugs and hearts your way.

Beautiful Lisa, All my caring thoughts, prayers, and hopes your way for your hip to heal. I am so sorry about this, and you are smart to be safe and let this heal, taking it easier in the meantime and on softer surfaces like trails. Lisa, it would be honor and joy to run with you and your husband! I would love that! I need to apologize, the next 2 weekends of this month, I promised several people already to join up with them, but in Feb. , and I think it may be the 12th, I may be in your area again. My son has that competition again, and they haven't told us the location yet, but it may be Deep Run High. If so, maybe I can run with you and your co-workers. If not, maybe we can do a trail run that Sunday with you and your husband if your schedule permits.  I miss you, and you are always kindness, beautiful spirit, joy, and all that is wonderful, Lisa. I remember the last time we ran together it was snowing--and I believe that might have been almost an entire year ago, last February by Deep Run High and the Y! I miss you so much! You are beautiful sunshine, bright light of joy, and true positive inspiration. Are you on any of the training teams right now? Thanks for sending a note--not sure if I can do this Wednesday, but I'll try. I didn't make it last month, either. If it's unbearably hot, I may not,but if it's okay (whatever that is...), I'll try to go and bring a friend.
