Hey Louis- thanks for checking in on me- I'm okay..strained ligaments in foot...you would think after years of doing this I would learn not to train for a marathon.. anything over 16+ sets me up for injury. I hope you are well? I look forward to getting back to some "fall runs" in the normal range...

considering Shamrock as I have a good base now...I plan on joining the Spring Marathon Team for fun... go from there- what's your plan?

Hi- I was at my target pace 8:10's up until mile 8 then started getting tired; 8:16 at mile 10 then lost it-- needed to walk a little, lost my rhythm and then freaked at mile 11.5 and walked again 20-30 sec..and ran it in..ate up my 1:48 goal time-it's ok -I think I am going to make a change and train for Marathon...I think it will really boost up my long run time and what the heck... haven't done one since 2005...maybe I've improved? as long as I don't get injured!

Good Job on your 1/2 yesterday! your leg must be feeling good- I had a good race upto mile 10 I was on track and then "cracked"...it was still okay but lost 2mins between mile 10-13m...ugh I neede to do more 10milers..LOL
