Okay, thanks for letting me know. We are running from Dogwood Dell next week. I'll be at the beach for the next couple of weeks.

Congratulations on your first Half Marathon. It was a tough course and even tougher conditions. What's next for you?

Hope to see ya at the races or if you ever want to run in Ashland again, let me know.

Ok - go 95 North to the Ashland Exit (second exit for Route 54), you'll go through the fast food section that we use as disguise for our nice little town. Stay straight on 54 crossing Route 1. You'll pass a Old Movie Theater on the left. Just after you cross the Railroad tracks turn into the parking lot for Ashland Coffee & Tea (1st building on the right after you cross the tracks). You can park in Coffee shop parking lot, & train station is right around the corner (on the tracks of course). Look forward to seeing you on Saturday.

Boston was great - we had a great day for running (a little cold for the spectators ;>)

Okay, I will send you details when Bob gets back to me.

Hi Lynne,
Sorry for not responding sooner. I've been outta town for work & did a race in TN this weekend.

I think Bob & I are planning to do 10 flat/easy miles in Ashland this Saturday morning - let me know if you are interested & I'll send you more details.

Hi Lynn,
Maybe you could come to Ashland sometime before the Marine Half & run with us? We have a group that meets nearly every Saturday with the exceptions being this Saturday (headed to Boston - wish me luck - it'll be my first Boston Marathon)

Hi Lynn,
I'll be running the Marine Corp Half with my friend, he is coming back from leg surgury & put 2:30 as his predicted time. I would imagine we'll be running about 10:15 pace. If you wanted, you could hang with us for the first half & then see how you feel for the second 6.5 miles. That might keep you from going out too fast at the downhill start.

Anyway, let me know if you are interested in pacing with us, and we'll figure out the logistics for race day.
