Great. We're doing a 5K at tempo tonight. The track work and tempo runs we've been doing have really helped me improve my form a lot. Hope to see you out there soon. You can reach me on my cell if you want at 658-7202.

Manuel! I just saw your post regarding the TCRR championship race. Thanks! I was actually on pace for an even better time but broke my foot (stress fracture) during the race. I trained through it long enough to get one on my other foot and miss 8weeks of training.  But im back at it now and should be ready to race again by this fall.  You should put the TCRR twilight race in june and the race for the cause in august on your race schedule because i am directing race for the cause and will at least be helping if not directing twilight this year!

See you soon and thanks for all of your support,

MC

It would be great to have you out on tuesday Nite with us for track and/or hill and/or trail runs at 5:32pm.  We usually switch between hills (MCV) and speedwork (St. Christopher's).  We sometimes throw in a NnorthBank/Buttermilk trail run just for fun instead of the other two.  The Tuesday Nite workout is announced on the RRRC message board on Monday, or sometimes Tuesday if I get behind.  Look for the tag-line Tuesday Nite Workout.    If you have any questions, please call or email me  markiscool1@hotmail.com  651-5415
