Autism Society Central Virginia 5K walk/run at Innsbrook Pavilion

This race is one of our annual events to help raise funds and public awareness in the Central Virginia region about Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD). Autism is a life long developmental disability now affecting 1 in 150 children.We hope you will take this opportunity to show your support for our families that live with the challenges of ASD with a generous donation as well as encouraging all your friends to join us for "Racing to solve the puzzle".See More

Hope you enjoy your Nike Free's! I'm so glad you mentioned these because I need a pair of new shoes for races and this is what I am going to get thanks to your suggestion! Marcus, you are doing outstanding in your excellent running! Wishing you continued best always! And I also noticed you are maybe going to do the Autism run. My son is autistic, so I very much thank you from my heart for your kindness and support. He is why I run, so I can stick around as long as possible to take care of him.
