This is an off-road 10k running race that begins on Downtown Richmond's Brown's Island and connects with the beautiful James River Park trails. Things were good. My IT band was acting up the whole race but I was able to finish! Sadly, I won't be at the group runs the next two weeks due to a conference and then Thanksgiving. See you in December though!
